BIOGRAPHY
Cazz is an adventure athlete, published author and former Sport Scientist who has taken on oceans, mountains and endurance challenges. In 2018, she set two Guinness World Records rowing 2400 nautical miles across the Pacific Ocean becoming the first crew of three (male or female) to row the Pacific and the youngest crew of three to row any of the world's oceans. She was the founder of the Pacific Terrific Crew and has since gone on to work as safety and support crew for the NOMAN Ocean Row Race.
She has two English Channel relay swims to her name, being awarded the 2017 Dover Straights award for the fastest standard relay crossing of the year and has completed numerous ultra marathons and multi-day expeditions. In 2019, Cazz joined the Loco SUP Race Team as a sponsored rider, racing in the UK and Europe against some of the world's best athletes. A former Sport Scientist by trade, she spent seven years working at the English Institute of Sport with the British Olympic and Paralympic sports teams leading the Athlete Health Intelligence Department. She was seconded to lead Athlete Health Intelligence for Team GB at the Rio 2016 Olympics. Cazz is passionate about exploring human limits and potential, particularly in extreme environments.
An experienced speaker, Cazz takes great pleasure in inspiring others to reach their potential, step out of their comfort zones and push past the limits they thought existed. She has survived in some of the harshest environments on the planet, pushed her body to its extremes, overcome mental barriers and obstacles that threatened to derail expeditions and adventured with purpose - joining expeditions specifically focusing on plastic pollution and sustainable human habitation.
If her enthusiasm for adventure, challenging potential and living life to the full doesn't inspire you to think differently, nothing will.
